Individual Testing

Adult ADHD/ADD Testing $650.00

• Adults can now be assessed for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or Attention Deficit Disorder at Acorn to Oak.
• Testing includes four different tests of attention that collectively examine factors such as: visual attention, auditory attention, sustained attention, impulse control, multi-tasking, and hyperactivity.
• Testing is completed over the course of a single morning, afternoon, or evening.
• Results are provided on the same day as the testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will sit with each individual and verbally report and discuss the test results. Each person will also be provided a brief written report of the findings.
• Appropriate treatment recommendations will be provided at the time of the testing appointment.

Child and Adolescent ADHD/ADD Testing $650.00

• Children and teens can now be assessed for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or Attention Deficit Disorder.
• Testing includes a battery of tests that collectively examine factors such as: visual attention, auditory attention, sustained attention, impulse control, multi-tasking, and hyperactivity.
• Testing is completed over the course of a single morning or afternoon.
• Results are provided on the day of testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will sit with the child’s parent(s) and verbally report and discuss all test results. The parent(s) will be provided a brief written report of the findings.
• Appropriate treatment recommendations will be provided at the time of the testing appointment.

Adult Learning Disorder Testing $500.00

• Adult learning disorder testing is now available.
• Testing for learning disorders includes an intelligence test and an achievement test.
• Testing is completed in a single session of approximately 3-4 hours.
• Results are provided on the day of testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will meet with the individual to describe and discuss the test results. A brief written report will also be provided.
• Appropriate treatment recommendations will be provided at the time of the testing appointment.

Child Learning Disorder Testing $500.00

• Children and adolescents can be assessed for the presence of learning disorders.
• Testing for learning disorders includes an intelligence test, an achievement test, and a language development test.
• Testing is completed in a single session of approximately 3-4 hours.
• Results are provided on the day of testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will meet with the child’s parent(s) to describe and discuss the test results. A brief written report will also be provided.
• Appropriate treatment recommendations will be provided at the time of the testing appointment.

Adult Intelligence Testing $300.00

• One comprehensive intelligence test is administered.
• Testing is completed in a single session of approximately 2 hours.
• Results are provided on the day of testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will meet with the individual to describe and discuss the test results. A brief written report will also be provided.

Child Intelligence Testing $300.00

• One comprehensive intelligence test is administered.
• Testing is completed in a single session of approximately 2 hours.
• Results are provided on the day of the testing. Results are provided in two forms: Dr. Naramor will meet with the child’s parent(s) to describe and discuss the test results. A brief written report will also be provided.
