Fees

• Fees for most testing services (with the exception of full-battery neuropsychological assessments) are paid at the time of testing. Fees may be paid in cash or by credit. Personal checks are accepted if received ten days prior to the test date.
• Fees for full-battery neuropsychological assessments are paid as follows: One half due on the first day of testing and the final half due at the feedback session.
• Some individuals may wish to have a full-battery neuropsychological assessment after having completed other testing procedures at Acorn to Oak (such as: ADHD/ADD testing, learning disorder testing, or intelligence testing). If testing was completed within one year of the full-battery assessment, one half of the fee may be applied to the cost. For example, if a child is assessed for a learning disorder at the cost of $500.00 and the parent(s) decide to pursue a full-battery assessment six months later the total cost of the full-battery assessment will be reduced by $250.00.
