Complimentary Consultation

Dr. Naramor provides 15 minute complimentary consultations by phone or face-to-face meeting. These consultations are a means for parents and/or individuals to discuss their particular concerns, to learn about Acorn to Oak services, or discuss assessment/treatment options. Therapy

Individual and family therapy

Therapy is available for children, teens, and adults. Topics often addressed in therapy include anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief recovery, or relational concerns. Dr. Naramor has extensive experience providing emotional support for individuals who are recovering from a concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI), have concerns related to learning differences, or have issues related to a health diagnosis.

 

An initial appointment for a new client is $300 which includes a 75 minute initial appointment and a 15 minute phone consultation with Dr. Naramor prior to the in-office appointment.

 

Assessments/ Tests

 

IQ Test                        $600

  • Available for ages 18 months to adulthood
  • Testing takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete
  • Client is provided with computer generated scores and a report
  • The test utilized for clients aged 18 months to 3 and a half years old is the Bayley
  • The test utilized for clients aged 2 to 6 years old is the WPPSI IV
  • The test utilized for clients aged 6 to 16 years old is the WISC V
  • The test utilized for clients aged 16 and older is the WAIS IV
  • Test results are available 24 hours after testing is completed
  • Cost includes a 30 minute conference with parents/caregivers post testing

 

Learning Disorders Assessment              $1000

  • Available for ages 5 years to adult
  • Testing takes 3 to 4 hours to complete
  • Client is provided with computer generated scores and a report
  • Diagnosis is provided when appropriate
  • Assessment includes an IQ test (WISC V or WAIS IV) and an achievement test (WIAT III)
  • Test results are available 24 hours after testing is completed
  • Cost includes a 30 minute conference with parents/caregivers post testing

Autism Spectrum Disorder                 $1000

  • Available for clients ages 18 months to adult
  • Testing takes 3 hours to complete
  • Client is provided with computer generated scores and a report
  • Diagnosis is provided when appropriate
  • Assessment includes an IQ test, an adaptive functioning test, and an Autism screening test
  • Test results are available 24 hours after testing is completed
  • Cost includes a 30 minute conference with parents/caregivers post testing

ADD/ADHD Assessment                               $1200

  • Available for clients of all ages
  • Testing takes 3 hours to complete
  • Client is provided with computer generated scores and a report
  • Diagnosis is provided when appropriate
  • Assessment includes an IQ test and attention tests which include both objective and subjective measures (such as TeaCH and Brown ADD scales)
  • Test results are available 24 hours after testing is completed
  • Cost includes a 30 minute conference with parents post testing

 

Memory Assessment                                    $1500

  • Available for adult clients, particularly those who would like to establish a baseline of memory skills or those concerned about memory loss (such as those with a family history of dementia).
  • Testing takes 5 hours to complete
  • Client is provided with computer generated scores and a report
  • Diagnosis is provided when appropriate
  • Assessment includes an IQ test, memory and learning tests, and a measure of executive functioning
  • Test results are available 24 hours after testing is completed
  • Cost includes a 30 minute conference with client and/or family post testing

 

Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation     $3800 Scores only

  • Available for clients 5 years of age – adults
  • Testing takes 8-12 hours to complete and is broken into 2-3 sessions
  • Evaluation includes:
  1. IQ Test
  2. Achievement Test
  3. Tests of Cognitive Functioning including tests for attention, learning and memory, language, visual processing, auditory processing, and processing speed. There are many tests available for assessing each of the cognitive processes. Dr. Naramor will select the specific tests to be used based upon age and specific concerns.
  4. Coping style and emotional health
  5. Testing includes both objective and subjective measures. Subjective measures are generally completed by teachers, parents, and family members as well as by Dr. Naramor.
  6. Dr. Naramor administers all objective measures herself. She does not utilize technicians for this purpose.

Diagnosis is provided if appropriate

Test results are available 7 days after testing is completed

Cost includes a 1 1/2 to 2 hour conference with parents/caregivers and/or client post testing

 

Additional Fees:

Letters, forms, document preparation (by Dr. Naramor)      $200/hr

Insurance Responses (by Lisa Sharples)                                      $50/hr

Forensic cases, court appearances, depositions, etc               $400/hr

 

Payment Terms

Full payment for testing is due on the first day of testing.

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MC & HSA Cards.

Although we are not an ‘in network’ insurance provider, we will provide a receipt that includes the information most insurance companies require to reimburse their clients directly. We are happy to answer any questions your insurance company has regarding testing and CPT codes for the testing.
